They followed my order perfectly, everything was fresh, flavorful, and honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The manager greeted me with respect the moment I walked in, and the entire staff provided top-tier customer service from start to finish. You can really tell they care about quality and the customer experience here. Absolutely outstanding. I will definitely comeback! :)“

“The whole atmosphere is very inviting. Full of history about 🚒 Firefighters and more. My grandson loves the kids meal they get a little Firehat/helmet with the meal. On your birthday you get a free medium sub loaded to your card. Not to mention the subs to me are unique and delicious. Always fresh.“

“The location on Driwood in Charlotte is right down the street from my office, so I stop in regularly for an unwich, or to meet a friend for lunch. The staff are always friendly and the service is great since they reopened with an all new crew. The last time I'd grabbed an unwich to-go and got back to my office, I was disappointed to unwrap it and find brown lettuce...never should have been served to a customer. I know nobody's perfect, though, so I went back today and showed the manager a pic of the food. He apologized and rang up my order (because he recognizes me and knows my order - now THAT'S great service!), then said I was good to go, as I pulled out my wallet. I thanked him for making things right. It's this kind of service that will keep me coming back!“
