Food was good but the overall experience was bad. Placed an online order. Said it would be ready in 15 min. No greeting upon entry. Store full of customers also frustrated and waiting. You could hear the employees complaining they don’t get paid enough for this and that they don’t care anymore. Waited over 40 minutes for 3 subs. She at least said sorry for the wait.

The food and quality qq truly amazing and this is my favorite sub place. But things need to be addressed and known and hopefully will bring back our regulars we had come everyday that no longer even come and it has nothing to do with the delicious good priced food that is served. Terrible attitudes from the front employees. As soon as my family of 6 walked in, I noticed two of the employees shaking their heads. (There was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time and there was no one behind us in line to order). They were rude and combative during our ordering process.
