I had an amazing take out experience with Nicki and her coworker. I forgot her name, but they were both so sweet and helpful. Am a regular here and love this staff.

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich and when my order was ready they let me know they were out of the coleslaw that comes on the sandwich. They should've let me know WHEN I ORDERED or in the 10 minutes WHILE I WAITED for my sandwich. I asked if I could get a different sandwich and they said no.

What a sad and pitiful location and experience. I used to be a fan of Firehouse and drive out of the way to go there. I ordered at this location on 11/13. When I went in the place was SUPER dirty (dirty windows, floor, the toilet was clogged), if a health inspector came in this place would have probably been shut down. The staff was friendly, but was not working hard at all. I ordered a large Italian which cost around ~$15 with tax. When I opened up my order you can see just how small, sad, and pitiful it was. I contacted Firehouse HQ several times and they essentially did nothing but forward my detailed email to the franchisee who was asked to contact me. I waited several weeks and went back to HQ several times and nobody ever contacted me from the location to address the issue. $15 is way too much for a sandwich, especially one this terrible. I am taking my business elsewhere due to the lack of pride and service from the location and HQs reluctance to help on their end and I encourage you to do the same.

Rude staff. Ungrateful owner. I placed my order online and got a confirmation email. Showed up and was told they didn't have the order so they couldn't make a sandwich. I confirmed that I was at the correct store. I was. Was told again that basically I was out of luck. I asked for my money or my sub. Was told "can't help you". No offer to even try. So I made them call the owner. I get on the phone with the owner who was less than understanding. Was more worried about where his money from their corporate office was for the sub than making his customer happy. They eventually made my sub after almost half an hour of arguing. I offered to send my confirmation email showing I got charged for the sub to the owner so that he could get his money back from his corporate office. He didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my email. The staff literally threw my sub on the counter and didn't speak to me. No apology for wasting most of my lunch hour. The most disrespectful rude bunch of people. Good thing they are one of a hundred sub shops that will be glad to get my business next time.

Food was good but the overall experience was bad. Placed an online order. Said it would be ready in 15 min. No greeting upon entry. Store full of customers also frustrated and waiting. You could hear the employees complaining they don’t get paid enough for this and that they don’t care anymore. Waited over 40 minutes for 3 subs. She at least said sorry for the wait.

Placed an online order drove to the store. They said they were closed that they are not open that they just got there that they're not making my food nor could they refund my money at the store. I would have to do that online and come in to find out it isn't an easy process to do it online nor can I speak to anyone over the phone. It's just not immediate thing. The store should just close down if the workers don't want to do their job and the owner can't control their employees.EditI did do that online it's been 3 days no response back nor have I been refunded. So instead of responding on Google how bout refund my order from Friday I already submitted a request no ones responded to that yet but this company just wants to steal money from its customers. How about you, Do better and give me my money back.

I have never been here and this place has had it together. Never opens at operating hours, closes early. Signs on the doors reading: No staff, no manager, no bread, or simply not open. Forget getting money back for an online order. Employees on the days it is open are rude. Management is a total loss. This place just needs to close until it can get it together.

Weirdest experience ever. Caden/Kaden (white male) wants to play boss but doesn’t know the first thing about being a boss. Going around and barking orders is not what a “manager” does. Nor does a “manager” have to yell on the top of his/her lungs that he is the manager and this is what managers does…he was/is a little boy walking around in his dad’s shoes. Further, he was belittling a new female associate whom apparently just began work three weeks ago and was already shift manager…again, no idea why office politics were on display tonight. Lastly, he cut the drink machine off while at least 6 people were in the restaurant AND the restaurant still had a few minutes to spare before being officially closed. Again, is this what a “manager” does?(I think their names are) Elijah and Greg (both black males) were pleasant and actually sweet. Professional, no, but their overall demeanor was appreciated and frankly the only reason why I gave the food and service at least three stars…kudos to them for making my experience at least a decent one. Thank you, gentleman (Elijah and Greg and NOT man child “manager”.Unfortunately I will never return to this location because as I started off, it was such a weird experience…from a little man child running around and yelling and random music being loudly played…I think I’ll stay away.

Wow someone just walked out and the “ manager “ locked himself in the office. Could not get a refund the cashier was new. He was trying to make the situation better but like I said he was new. Ownership really needs to get this store under control.

The food and quality qq truly amazing and this is my favorite sub place. But things need to be addressed and known and hopefully will bring back our regulars we had come everyday that no longer even come and it has nothing to do with the delicious good priced food that is served. It's the how organization is handling it. I miss the old managment in this location, Brandi and Shawn had it down. Once they all left and the store was closed and reopened way to early for the circumstances when it obviously was not the best desision. Things were getting back and good but any new managers hired turns away because of how chaotic, Un trained, and child like behaviors as if theres no rules or plan Common sense of the staff, and simply not having the experience at all or very little. Just because you have a title doesn't mean you can make new rules and still act like a child which they are and there's a previous review about it and it basically explains this and thr experience they went through. Employees that have been working since He was in kindergarden and isn't even an "adult" yet let alone act like one because that number only means your gonna find out how things really work and that's the start of manhood, not a number. Meanwhile there's employees in there 30s acting like teenagers running around cursing in front of customers, and acting like a little stress is a huge deal and making everybody in the store miserable ( tim). So please understand the situation at this store and realize it's not just the employees' fault for the circus of a store right now that I love and its awful to see how it was to how it is now with customers, atmosphere, and employees being organized and know there point and bomderies. The manager needs to understand more common sense when it comes to how the atmosphere is not just there work and blasting random music on the front line while there's people eating and orders being taken and employees trying to communicate and all because you think you have thr right because your a "manger" which also means you should be humble enough to understand how to treat employees and compose yourself against somebody lower that's acting a fool and stepping down to there level. NOT MANAGMENT MATERIAL AT ALL if you just know everything in the store but don't act like a Manger and Escalateing an issue instead of pointing fingers and letting it get to you where you refuse to work. That is not how it works and this will make the store dead for anybody coming in if they assume they gotta deal with this everything because it's been a couple weeks now of horrible reviews and costumer service when that's the first the first thing that matters, not having extra prep done because it won't get sold because these people aren't coming back and making bad reviews and all the regulars are so upset with this transition along with the only 2 employees that stayed and are left from the old crew and they have been working there bootys off and dealing with all this extra stress and work and going from having a schedule to no schedule for weeks just told 12 hours before if you had to work which also effected one of the valuable workers to get sick because of medications needed on a schedule got all messed up and put him through withdrawals. So, if there are any good workers out there please come get a job as well as a good sub on your visit because they need you more then anything! Just having a couple is not enough!! And it's effecting that small few and the company in so many ways. Wishing the best of luck that this might affect anybody in a good way or at least understand what's happening in this store that won't be permanent.
