“Family has been going to LA Unica for YEARS. We have had them cater 2 graduations for us that guests still talk about how good the food was. Their salsa is the best you will have, hands down. Extensive menu with many dishes you will not find on any other menu, anywhere. They have lengua on their menu that is tender and delicious. If you like heat, try the Bistec con Chile. You WILL sweat!!!! Incredible staff that is friendly and attentive.“

“I had a great experience at my local Chipotle and just had to give a shoutout to Madeline! She absolutely made my day with the burrito she made for me. I could tell she was having a bit of a struggle wrapping it (I’ve been there myself 😅), but she handled it like a pro and secured it really well in the end.

By the time I got to the register, there was a little “pop,” but honestly, coming from someone who works in customer service, I know how much pressure those moments can bring. What stood out to me was that Madeline kept a great attitude and continued doing her best the whole time.

Also shoutout to the nice guy at the register for being kind and keeping things moving smoothly!

“They were super busy, but it's very clean and everybody working was happy! We got our food in a very reasonable time, considering the number of tickets and door dash orders. The manager was training a newbie and seemed very good at his job. I heard him telling the staff they were doing a good job and appreciated. It actually made me miss my food service days!“

“We are from out of town and wanted to try something new. Manager delivered our food and asked us about our visit. He thanked us for picking them for lunch and gave us chips and queso on the house! “Wow. Happened by chance by this food truck. Gave it a try. OMG. Best authentic Mexican street food! Incredible flavor and huge portions. My wife and I split the special and it was almost too much. The shredded beef was awesome - perfectly seasoned and perfect texture. Green and red hot sauces were spot on. Fresh radish and lime accompaniment were perfect. Soup was piping hot and delicious. Better than any Mexican food we ever had in Texas (where we lived for 40+ years. This place is 10 out of 10!“
