I just stopped for for a frisco combo, and my frisco burger was given to me on two slices of light bread. The meat was not even cooked well. I tried calling back because I was in a hurry and I could not go back, and the phone just rang.

Based on the reviews, Hardee's offers a mixed experience. The food can be great and fresh, with friendly and welcoming staff who provide great service, even when busy. Since COVID, this location has been struggling with staffing, often closing early or being closed at normal business hours, like a little past 7:00 PM on a Tuesday. The restaurant is trying its best, but it is hard to hire people to work. When the restaurant is fully staffed, it is one of the cleanest locations with well-staffed, nice staff, clean bathrooms, and good food. It can be a great example of how it should be.
