Good average wait time, which is good, so it's mostly fresh. The fried are the only thing I've gotten old multiple times. I absolutely love the white cheddar balls. That's the main item I want and get everything. Chicken is breaded well and good. I don't use ANY sauce, I'm picky, only ketchup or mayo for burger or sandwich and sweet n sour sauce has been the only chicken dipping sauce I have liked or will get but the Zaxbys sauce is the first and only other sauce I discovered...read full review

Got the Cobb salad by itself great asked for southwest ranch didn't get it. Wings sweet and spicy was neither plus dry. Fried pickles and cheddar bites very mid. Classic chicken club same. Told to wait for lukewarm food sad. Then things just seemingly thrown into bag sauce every where again sad. I won't be back to this location. Will try the one on ikea Blvd next. Hopefully better

The chicken was juicy and prepared quickly. The person taking our order was friendly and my order was correct. The side of bread was not fresh or hot, but that is not what I come to Zaxby's for.
