This was probably the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been too. We waited forever to get our order, just for it to be incomplete… then another 10 minutes just to get a Zax Snak which was not even good.. we got drinks but the machine wasn’t clean at all. I just wasted my time and money coming here..

The management here should be replaced immediately. They make everyone pile up and block the parking lot after ordering in order to meet their time requirements. They will also not give you certain items if they do not like you. You will wait in their line then wait beside the building or in the parking lot blocking it just to see that your simple order was not done properly because of who you are or what you look like. Eric does not discipline his staff AT ALL and if you go in you will be laughed at and ridiculed and he will stand by and let it happen. Do not waste your money here unless you know for a fact that you will be treated with respect. I know that I won’t be when I go. Not gonna let one managers policies ( or inability to adhere to policy) stop me from eating at a location I have eaten at for over ten years. Not sure what happened here.

Had a bad experience through the drive thru. Staff members asked me to pull to the side twice and waited for my order for over 30 minutes. I ended up going inside asking for my order. And they forgot completely. No offers of compensation, bad experience.

Good average wait time, which is good, so it's mostly fresh. The fried are the only thing I've gotten old multiple times. I absolutely love the white cheddar balls. That's the main item I want and get everything. Chicken is breaded well and good. I don't use ANY sauce, I'm picky, only ketchup or mayo for burger or sandwich and sweet n sour sauce has been the only chicken dipping sauce I have liked or will get but the Zaxbys sauce is the first and only other sauce I discovered that I like and prefer it over sweet n sour. That's another reason why I go back from time to time are these main experiences. Oh, and every girl I meet loves their salads. Never had one, not a salad person, just putting that out there.
Got the Cobb salad by itself great asked for southwest ranch didn't get it. Wings sweet and spicy was neither plus dry. Fried pickles and cheddar bites very mid. Classic chicken club same. Told to wait for lukewarm food sad. Then things just seemingly thrown into bag sauce every where again sad. I won't be back to this location. Will try the one on ikea Blvd next. Hopefully better

The chicken was juicy and prepared quickly. The person taking our order was friendly and my order was correct. The side of bread was not fresh or hot, but that is not what I come to Zaxby's for.
They have messed up my order multiple times - even when I took it back in they still got it wrong. It's not just a one time thing. One of the times they got it wrong in the drive thru, 3 out of 4 of the employees were just on their phones. This location needs work.
