“we came here because biscuitville was too busy. what a wonderful change of plans. the chicken is fantastic, sandwich was delicious, fries are unreal, and the homemade sauce is extraordinary. to top it off, the staff was super friendly and the service extraordinary.“

“Came here for the first time the other day. Have been waiting to try it for the longest time. Everything we were able to get was delicious. Really disappointed they were out of the grape salad as that's what we were really looking forward to but it was an odd time of day after lunch rush. We'll try again another time. Otherwise really good, the broccoli salad was my favorite!“

“Gratitude and congratulations I have decided to write this writing with the intention of expressing my perception with the service experience I received at the Mochica restaurant in Concord, here in Charlotte NC. It should be mentioned that I am a 40-minute drive to get to the restaurant... However, I think it's worth it every time I make them as I'm satisfied by the delicious food I can access... the added value that I mention with CAPITAL LETTERS, is the excellent service attention I receive... This really makes my lunch a very meaningful experience... I applaud Martha, the Peruvian lady whom I have seen for almost 4 years of visiting the place.“

“My food as always is perfect. I typically get my order custom, such as extra crispy wings and fries, either extra topping on my salad, no toast, etc. and they always get it right. I always get my extra sauces. And I highlight this because it’s hard to get your order right the first time at many fast food establishments, even other zaxbys miss key parts of my order.
The people are always in a good mood, no attitudes.
The restaurant is always super clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
10/10 would recommend to all of my family.“

“As it was my first time going, I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a fried chicken establishment much like KFC and Bojangles. The difference is that the chicken is, IMO, better than the competition. Better (lightly) seasoned, and not overly greasy. As a side dish, I tried the plantains which I never had before. Not bad! And I guess that because I never tried them, I was unprepared for the flavor and texture. I, personally would like for them to open a location in Monroe, NC.“

“Called in about 30 minutes before we arrived with a track and field team of 60 people. They handled it like PROS! They were so efficient and eager to help us which made the experience so much better. 10/10!!! Food was hot and ready within 2-3 minutes of each person ordering. The staff were kind and quick! “A little bit of a wait with the drive-thru today, no big deal, it's expected. But I wanted to take the time as I'm sitting in the drive-thru waiting to get my food to shout out Anna (running one of the drive-throughs) She was super kind and very friendly. She seemed like she really enjoyed her job and wanted to be there. You don't see that much anymore. I hope you get that 2nd ear piercing, girl! 🥰“

“The quality, service, and atmosphere are good. The flavor of the chicken is unique. I liked it when paired with the slaw and pickles but not on its own. I usually don’t like slaw but it works well on the sandwich. I ate mine with honey mustard 10/10. I’m not obsessed but it is pretty good.“

“A buddy of mine was telling me about this place and im so glad I listened to him because the chicken is simply out of this world!! It was so juicy and the breading on it was simply amazing! And those biscuits they have, ohh my goodness! I literally go there every chance I get. 10/10 definitely recommend this place if you haven't tried it out yet, you definitely should and it's not expensive whatsoever. Trust me, you'll be glad you read this review!“

“I'm actually a bit late leaving a review. Actually stopped by this location back on 10/30, but just remembered to leave a review like I told the lady I would. I believe her name was Keisha I think. She was great! Was my first time being back at this location in a good while, being that I live out near the airport and don't be on that side of town much. But this is the best location! Food was hot, fresh, and was hellasmackin' like usual. I had been to another one before located on Glenwood but wasn't the same experience.“
“Please do not put hard carmelized with orders, they are one of the best parts of the meal. Chicken wings were over cooked and the leg and thigh was too greasy, how ? I don't know, but it's a clean place and friendly.

Unfortunately, I ordered the cajun rice, 2 large orders but received plain white rice. I didn't realize it until we were all the way back to the condo. SO DISAPPOINTED 😞. Otherwise, it was excellent!😋😋“

“The girl who took our order repeated everything as we said it, as well as at the end of the order to ensure accuracy. The gentleman at the window was kind. The guy who brought food out (we had to park) was also kind. We were parked for all of 60 seconds. Everything was correct and fresh. Best Zaxby’s I’ve had tbh, props to the kitchen staff today.“
