I got call back, they gave me a full refund and apologized and even gave me free (GREAT!!!) food. VERY much appreciated, great customer service and I can tell every single employee/manager actually cares about what they do. Thank you!
Use to be better and fresher food. Now the chicken just sits at the top of the fryer no covering. Rice is Parboiled and yuca oily and old. I see what it's gotta empty now a days
