My favorite donut and coffee shop
i go to this dunkin almost every day before work. i never have problems until i walk inside and its always a problem with my coffee. today they had it sitting at the deive thru window and made incorrectly. then after having it sit there they didnt offer to make me a new one, just very rude. i understand you all are busy but customer service is everything. the manager specifically was rude today. which is disappointing
