“My gf and I were sitting here on a Friday night, trying to figure out what to eat for dinner. I suggested pizza! Now, these are Domino's and Little Caesar's pizza people. I, on the other hand, like a pizza that's good with fresh ingredients and will come back and bite you in the wee hours of the night! The only place I could think of was Papa John's pizza! I went on their website and placed a pickup order for a half-veggie and pepperoni medium pizza.
By the time we arrived at the location in Harrisburg Square, the pizza was ready and waiting! OMG, it smelled and looked amazing! (Sorry, we ate the pictures too!) We got home and tore into it! It was still hot and loaded with vegetables and pepperoni! The sauce was light and not overwhelming like at other pizza places! The crust was thin, crispy, and chewy! Overall, it was the best pizza I've eaten in a while! Thank you, Papa John's, for an amazing pizza and outstanding customer service! #papajohns #fridaynightdinner“

“First of all, I didn’t expect good things. I ONLY say this because we were in town for the Bruno Mars concert and we didn’t place an order until 11:15pm when they closed at midnight. We expected there to be a delay bc we figured many people will be ordering. We’re staying in a hotel in uptown so we didn’t want to hassle with traffic so we opted for pizza delivery. “Buffet bar didn't keep pizza on it other pastas on it. The manager has a bad attitude. I personally like going there too much since they changed managers. It is bad when a waitress looks at the manager and tells him she is going to quit if she doesn't get help. Not a good environment anymore“

The pizza is still top-tier. The vibe is always welcoming. And today was the perfect reminder of why I’ve stayed loyal all these years. Three weeks ago, I ordered online, picked up my pizza, and forgot the Coke I bought at the counter. Totally my fault. I took the loss and moved on. Today, I came in again, picked up my order, and as I was walking out, the cashier (Hazel) called out, “Don’t forget your Coke!” I froze. I hadn’t said a word about the last time. I asked if there was a note in the system, and they just smiled, tapped their temple, and said they remembered. THREE. WEEKS. LATER. It might seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot. That moment of kindness, memory, and personal touch is exactly why Godfather’s stands out. To the team at Godfather’s: please make sure this gets to Hazel’s manager. That cashier is a legend, basically the Data of the crew. Goonies never say die, and apparently, Godfather’s never forgets a face.“

“This is a new location that needs better staff training and attention to cooking and service. Toppers on South Blvd and in Fort Mill do a great job at making the dough and pizzas thinner and fresher than this location. Both locations slaaaap.

Overall this location has been below mid. I've had delivery and carryout. I've left order notes to coom the pizza well done (they do not read the notes here) and thus I ended with bad pizzas both times. Too doughy, not thin enough, and not cooked to get the toppings crispy.

Normally, I rave about Toppers, but this location needs to improve, before I will consider going back.

Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's > Sharon Amity Toppers

“Vast amount of options! Great customer service. Staff fully explained everything to me. Pick up only, no dine in which I did not know ahead of time but that’s my fault for not checking. My meat eater spouse did not want to buy an entire pizza so they opted out. They use follow your heart cheese and field roast pepperoni which I love. I was so worried it would be daiya. As an OG vegan, back in the day all we had was daiya mostly so I don’t ever want to eat it again. Marinara is so yummy. I bought the veganstix (cheese sticks) and the vegan classic. While I do eat mock meats, I try to limit them but I totally almost bought the chicken fingers even though I could get some from the grocery store. I actually had field roast pepperoni in my freezer but this is still better to have as a treat if you want to eat out. I have no notes. I had been craving pizza for a while, usually make my own but wanted that “pizza place taste” and I was worried it would not live up to the hype but it does!“
