She greeted me happily at 3am and served me the (no offense McDonald’s) most surprisingly good burger! I didn’t have low expectations either. “Stopped to pickup some to go food. A bit of a wait because for the first 15 minutes I was there they only had one cashier. Eventually Katie came to the second register. Katie was a young lady who was very polite and personable. She took my order and then took my phone and let my wife place her order. Even though a young mother with a screaming 3 yr old and one on the way who had already placed her order but stood 3 feet away, Katie was very professional and got both orders exactly correct even though I told her right at the end I forgot to say no cheese on mine. It was a shirt wait and Katie came out and came over to the bench were I was waiting and gave me my irder and thanked me for stopping by Chick-fil-A and told me to have a wonderful day.“

“I love my neighborhood Culver's in Mooresville (it's the closest to where I live). This restaurant has one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever eaten! Culver's is counter services but a step up from other chain fast food. This location is clean, with good service and excellent food. Kudos to the manager.“

“Closest comparison to this restaurant is a Blaze Pizza. They are comparable in a lot of ways. Both are brick oven. Both have options to make your own pizza and have very similar topping choices. The only real difference I found was that MOD takes a tool and puncture the raw dough once it's been flattened out in order to prevent bubbles I thought that was a great idea. But I'm don't remember ever having bubbles at Blaze.
The people working were amazing and helpful and cheerful. Everything was clean and brightly lit.

“Just had another great experience at Chick-fil-A and it reminded me why it’s one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh, hot, and consistently delicious. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, the waffle fries are crispy, and everything just tastes like it’s made with care.

“Weird, no indoor seating allowed for some reason, as if was COVID all over again. Double plain cheeseburger but patties were burnt and crispy like fried crunchy bacon. Fries needed salt badly and because you could couldn't eat inside you had to leave before you knew that the food was bad enough I would have asked for it to be recooked fresh the right way. Probly won't return for a long time...“

“Firehouse Subs (Concord, NC) – 5 stars, and I mean it, for the staff, food, and service.

I have to be honest about something before I get to the praise: this location is dangerously hot inside right now. It was over 90 degrees in the dining room during my visit. I was sweating just sitting at the table eating my meal, and the staff — working the line, over the ovens, on their feet all shift — were visibly soaked through their uniforms. I asked about it, and I was told the team had already contacted the building owner about the broken AC, and the owner has still not provided a fix. That's on the landlord, full stop. If you're collecting rent on a commercial lease, maintaining working climate control is a basic obligation, not optional — and if I were in this franchise owner's shoes, I'd already be talking to a lawyer about the lessor's failure to meet its repair obligations, because this is not a minor comfort issue, it's a heat-safety issue for employees and customers alike.

And that's exactly why the staff deserve every bit of praise I can give them, arguably hazard pay on top of it. Despite working in what had to be brutal, borderline unsafe heat, every single person I interacted with was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The food came out correctly and quickly, the sub itself was excellent — hot, fresh, great flavor — and nobody let the conditions show in how they treated customers. That kind of professionalism under real physical discomfort says a lot about this crew.

So: 5 stars for the people and the food, because they earned it and then some. Zero stars for whoever owns this building and is sitting on a known, unresolved AC failure. Corporate and the property owner need to get this fixed immediately — not for a better review, but because it isn't safe or fair to ask employees to work like this.“

“This a a very cool place to take the kids after soccer. The patio is very nice and kids can play safe while we eat. The hot dogs have like a tower of delicious toppings. They even have vegetarian dogs. It is far for us, but once every few weeks.“

“My food as always is perfect. I typically get my order custom, such as extra crispy wings and fries, either extra topping on my salad, no toast, etc. and they always get it right. I always get my extra sauces. And I highlight this because it’s hard to get your order right the first time at many fast food establishments, even other zaxbys miss key parts of my order.

The people are always in a good mood, no attitudes.

The one time I went in I wasn't thrilled by the lady at the counter but that won't stop me from eating their burgers.“
