Xavier stood out to me with his exceptional drive-thru service I received fries with no salt and I was kindly situated with fries with salt Xavier is very respectful and does the job at a exceptional level I recommend promotion!
Went at 4am. Fries were hot and fresh. And the McDonalds Coke hit just like it was suppose to!
Seemed like everything was great, they only forgot my big Mac but made up for it with the quality of the food

The McDonald's in Charlotte is a top-tier spot with always fresh and hot food, quick service, and hot fries. It's definitely kid-friendly with happy meals available. The general manager keeps the place clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. They work through long lines efficiently, making it a great place to grab a meal. The burgers at this particular McDonald's always hit the spot, and the staff is impeccable. The restaurant is kept clean every time, and the food is great compared to other locations. However, there may be a few hiccups, as some customers have noted mediocre hospitality and issues with order accuracy and cleanliness. Overall, it remains one of the best McDonald's in the Charlotte/Concord area.
