Our experience at Chick-fil-A in Lake Norman for our three-year-old's birthday party was fantastic! The staff and manager were amazing, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the play area. They went the extra mile, ensuring our return and even provided complimentary items. We are truly grateful for their outstanding service!
We had a church group of 45 kids, arriving in a bus along with everyone else in the very busy lunch crowd. The service was excellent, cheerful and helpful, despite being as busy as they were. We were served quickly. It is amazing how pleasant and prompt the service was. There is a reason chick fil a is my favorite fast food restaurant, and even though more expensive than McDonalds or Wendy’s, so worth it.

Chicken fil a employees are unfailingly polite, however they forgot one of our orders on carry out. When we called they suggested it'd be credited to the app for 30 days offering no apology. If an oder is misplaced something should be gratis even if only a cookie.
