“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“
“I went on a Sunday for my birthday and it was niceee! I loved the atmosphere and the music. The drinks are definitely 10/10 and the catfish was my favorite!!! I had to place an order to go lol but the service was kind of slow but with the drinks, music and your person or friends you’ll be okay lol.“
“I had an incredible experience at PDQ Chicken thanks to Tonia! Her service was amazing - friendly, and efficient, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious and served promptly. What stood out the most about my visit to PDQ Chicken was Tonia's warm tone and patience when I ordered my food and upon receiving it. We chatted for a bit, and I can tell you, experiences like the one I had are what create long-term, repeat customers. Will definitely be returning thanks to Tonia's outstanding service! “10+ years of eating tenders, as a Cornelius local, anytime there is a discrepancy with my order it is handled in the most professional upstanding matter by the younger staff, They’ll check my ticket they’ll see if there was a mistake made and if so, they will correct it or inform me that the order may have been put in wrong and typically because I’m well known and give a lot of business to tenders as a courtesy. They correct the mistake either way.Today I was in shock when my order was brought to me By one of the older service members….. and I addressed that there had to have been a mistake with my milkshake, Instead, checking the ticket to see if there was a mistake, I was just told that I made a mistake and ordered Incorrectly…. With an attitude. Although I input my order verbally, and the staff is what puts it into the computer. So I don’t know how I could’ve made this mistake. Instead of offering to look into it, she hands me my meal, and I drive off, Disappointed with the The customer service I just received, That is nothing like the customer service when pull up to every single time I come to this establishment.After checking my ticket, I find out the entire order is wrong, The food that’s in the bag is not even what’s on the receipt.Tenders and PDQ family, My heart hurts to know that PDQ is gone now, but please do Better to your longtime customers and veterans. The younger generation is leading a better example in customer service.Kudos to all of the younger generation that is working in tenders today because y’all are why I come back, And will continue to come back.“
“My wife, son, and I came in tonight, far too close to close. The staff were very friendly and didn't attempt to rush us through our dinner, although we did rush ourselves out of respect for the employees. Food was fantastic (as it always is in my experience) we highly recommend this location.“
“I have been to this Chick-Fil-A so many times in the past year, and they always make the best food. The employees are very kind and get your order done in about 5-10 minutes depending on how big the order is. The food is amazing, and cooked great. They have a huge menu with different sandwiches and you can easily customize your sandwich, salad, or whatever you decide to get. Their dine in, take out, and drive thru are always the best experiences ever and the employees make my day. If you are looking for excellent customer service, very fast preparing food time, and great food, then I highly recommend this Chick-Fil-A.Vegetarian options: They have a gluten free bun option in the CFA app, and you can also take the cheese off the sandwich.Parking: Plenty of parking, and a big parking lot.“
“When this place opened, of course this place was booming and overtime it has slowed back down. This place can be hit or miss with their slim's meal orders. Most times food be fresh but when the order isn't fresh you can tell they throw anything in the bag. I never get the wings here, never crispy.Service at drive thru always friendly. “Just wanted to give a review to this place to express my deep satisfaction with their service. Every time I come here everyone is so incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. I genuinely wonder how the heck you guys do it. Like what is your training/hiring process like because it's crazy. You don't get service like this literally anywhere else.I have a faulty credit card that only works with the swipe (tap and chip no longer work) and the workers are always so patient and don't act annoyed at all when they have to spend extra time fiddling with it. And then I get my food nearly right away. I almost never need to wait. Truly a magical place. Please give my regards to the drive through workers.“
