Chick-fil-A in Cornelius has a mixed reputation. While some customers enjoy the friendly service and good food, others have complained about undercooked fries. The food is presented hot, fresh, and delicious, with excellent chicken nuggets. Despite occasional mistakes like missing lettuce or tomatoes on sandwiches, the freshness stands out. The place is clean and well maintained, with good seating and a play area for kids. The table service stands out, with employees like Mr. Larry going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Overall, Chick-fil-A in Cornelius has a dedicated staff and strives to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
