Service still terrible…Update, they are definitely clowns from a service perspective. So I placed a drive thru mobile order last week. By the time I got home it’s was late and my kids figured out they shorted me a fry. Fast forward to this week and I placed another order and at the drive thru I showed them my receipt and asked for a credit or free fry. They said no way it’s against their policy and I would have come back by the next day to get a credit. Come on chic fil a. Check my lifetime status guys. I don’t need the $2.45 fries and can afford plenty of the overpriced fries but do right especially by your loyal customers. We’re done here Joe, find another customer…

I have been to this Chick-Fil-A so many times in the past year, and they always make the best food. The employees are very kind and get your order done in about 5-10 minutes depending on how big the order is. The food is amazing, and cooked great. They have a huge menu with different sandwiches and you can easily customize your sandwich, salad, or whatever you decide to get. Their dine in, take out, and drive thru are always the best experiences ever and the employees make my day. If you are looking for excellent customer service, very fast preparing food time, and great food, then I highly recommend this Chick-Fil-A.Vegetarian options: They have a gluten free bun option in the CFA app, and you can also take the cheese off the sandwich.Parking: Plenty of parking, and a big parking lot.

Spent almost $33 on two breakfast meals and the lady in the drive thru had no personality and then I get my food and it’s all messy like they just threw it in the box! Also got a coffee with my meal they filled it up so high that it spilled all out in my car. Just great!

This was my 2nd time visiting this location and I will definitely say I will not return for a 3rd time. Each occurrence I have felt that my presence was an inconvenience to the drive thru workers. I’ve never received welcoming body language however as I observed other interactions with other customers, I can see that others are treated differently.
I will never accept a delivery from this "rich area" again. The Gastonia location has this one beat anyways. I won't list the house address which I'm very tempted to do but a home on Peninsula Club Dr ending in 28 ordered from this location. They received their food fast, safe and accurately and left 0.01 for a tip. Like y not get your food yourself. That's rude and very disrespectful especially when u have a nice, clean driver that actually cares about your order. Sheesh!! The audacity

I could not say enough great things about this location and staff! Working for a football team, we order tons of large catering orders throughout the year and they always deliver. Christian is fantastic and his team is always super accommodating.One time, we had a different restaurant cater on us very last minute (15 minutes before pick up time for a massive order). When I called Christian and his staff and asked whether they could accommodate a last minute order from us, they made us 125 chicken sandwiches in just 45 minutes. So grateful for this location!
