“Went to this location for the first time to try viva chicken with my husband! We were greeted but the most wonderful person at the counter. she was friendly and very personable. I had never gone to a viva chicken so I wanted something they didn’t have on today’s menu but She made sure to recommend me something just as good. she was very welcoming and cheery! we loved the food so much and will be back. while we ate Miss Sarah I believe was her name; came out and asked us how our food was. that was above and beyond for me. I n not much of a reviewer but when the service is good and so is the food you have to say something!! Sarah if you see this great job with the customer service and I look forward to visiting again!“

“If you want an absolutely scrumptious chicken pot pie head to KFC. I usually buy two since the KFC's aren't very close to where I live. Then I warm the second one up a day or two later and it's just as delicious as the day I bought it. Definitely worth the trip!“

I have dealt with the same gentleman ringing me up and expediting the food two times in a row and he has made the experience delightful both times. This time was a little different. Have had zero issues with any of our orders, today went through the drive thru and was very surprised when I went to pay and was told it was taken care of, and was given something to pay it forward to someone else, that was nice of them to do this which I did, as I've always paid it forward to someone every time I can, like at restaurants, or the grocery store.
