“Went to this location for the first time to try viva chicken with my husband! We were greeted but the most wonderful person at the counter. she was friendly and very personable. I had never gone to a viva chicken so I wanted something they didn’t have on today’s menu but She made sure to recommend me something just as good. she was very welcoming and cheery! we loved the food so much and will be back. while we ate Miss Sarah I believe was her name; came out and asked us how our food was. that was above and beyond for me. I n not much of a reviewer but when the service is good and so is the food you have to say something!! Sarah if you see this great job with the customer service and I look forward to visiting again!“

“Shout out to the morning crew Sophie, Tessa, Charlotte, Carisa, Cassie and you to Nathan. Been stopping for a spicy biscuit for awhile at 645 and they are on time, very polite and friendly! Makes it worth stopping. Great job ladies and you too Nathan!!“

“I had a really great experience at this KFC location. The food came out fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. I also ordered mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, biscuits, and everything was delicious and made fresh. You can tell the kitchen staff cares about food quality here.
The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The employees were friendly, patient, and made the ordering process easy. My order was accurate and came out quickly even during a busy time. The dining area was clean, organized, and comfortable for families.
This is definitely one of the better fast food restaurants in the area. If you are looking for good fried chicken, quick service, and a clean restaurant, I highly recommend this KFC. I’ll be coming back again for sure!“

“Love this place! The food is great, the portions are large. Their caesar is really good which is always a plus. Mimosa buckets are priced well, along with everything else. The red haired male bartender (I can't remember his name) is awesome! Always very friendly and attentive. Hope he doesn't get carpal tunnel from their giant liquor bottles though :D We've been several times and will continue to go back.“

Love that they had a Valentine’s Day themed heart shaped container. My husband surprised me with this on Valentine’s Day & Chick-fil-A breakfast from this location. “I visited this location to get food and had an incredible experience. Ive heard that Chik Fil A had great customer service but in this case a worker went above and beyond. This changed my perspective about whats possible at a fast food restaurant. I take a long time to order at restaurants because I have to check and see if any products contain items I am allergic to. Andrea, one of the workers here was able to not only advise me on allergen information but give me suggestions on what to order. She did this while being patient and radiating the type of friendly energy I haven't found at any other fast food restaurant before. The food was great and Andrea was very helpful. Hopefully others who visit here are served by her and feel the same way!!“

For these days and times, BLESS the Chick. Excellent prices and they haven't changed the size of or quality of the nuggets! Appreciated seeing Chick has standing AC units outside for the employees! This matters as I do not desire to be served or assisted by miserable employees! GOOD JOB Chick-fil-A !!!“
