“I love eating at Viva Chicken but disappointed at the portions are small compared to Viva Chicken in Charlotte uptown near Novant. I got the Viva Chicken Salad so I had to pay $3.90 extra for the amount of chicken I got in the picture there in addition to the salad. I also got the Naked Peruvian wrap with added $3.90 chicken which was ok but better than the salad. I spent almost $30 for two items. I splurge at times for special occasions but for the amount of chicken I got, I could have gotten a whole rotisserie chicken at Sam's club for a lot more to share with my family of 5.”

“This place never fails to impress and satisfy. Things don't go perfect anywhere but the difference is that they correct those things with a different integrity. My Stromboli was left behind during pickup right before closing time. They dropped it off at my house just as fresh as if it was never left behind.

“I don't think words will adequately express how absolutely awesome the coffee and customer service are, however I will give it a try. Every order is delivered incredibly fast, and the coffee is always very fresh. I placed my latest order on Monday evening, and my roasted yesterday coffee was delivered the same day it was roasted. We drink a decent amount of coffee, and have tried other local roasters, coffee clubs/subscriptions, roasts, etc. and this is by far my favorite (Signature Blend for me)! Seriously good stuff!”

The menu isn't too extensive, they stick to the classics. I had a calzone and it was tasty, nothing to write home about just a good meal for a good price. The patio is nice, the trees form enough of a barrier between you and the road so it feels like sitting in a shady little courtyard. The flowers in little planters hanging on the plastic fence are real. The dining room is typical discount Olive Garden style, cozy and clean. My server Zachary was very friendly, polite, and attentive, and the hostess was also polite and professional. Rossini's gives nostalgia of going out with your family after church.”

I worked with Amanda re: pricing and options and she was pleasant, flexible and quick to reply. Danny, her husband, delivered and set up the food for us and he was personable and friendly as well. Our guests enjoyed the food, as did we, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, fun and friendly service and good eats!”

“It's been years since I have had food at a Hickory Tavern. I ordered the Smokehouse burger, and it was delicious. It came out fairly quickly. Our server was really good. I can't remember her name, but she was working the bar on December 9th, we were at table 33 (the three sisters). We want to thank her again! She was quick, nice, and understanding.”

“Was around this area for work and decided to stop in after getting my haircut. Ordered fried chicken wings combination that come with the pork fried rice and an egg roll. I decided to add shrimp to my pork fried rice for an additional $1 . The rice was very tasty, and the chicken wings were seasoned all the way to the bone, and it had a good crunch every time I took a bite. I also wanted to change my egg roll for a shrimp roll, and the young lady did not charge me extra. I can definitely say it was a good first-time impression. I will be back whenever I have to work this area again.”

“Local bar. Had pool tournament happening when I was there. Still enough room to sit and watch baseball on tv. Service was very attentive and friendly from the only one bartender on duty. The spinach dip was very good.”
