Love the combos, blends and now a hint of nutmeg makes every cup better
Not happy about my experience this morning! Stopped to get coffee. Pulled out, took a sip and it was the wrong coffee (not even close!). Pulled back around and said over the speaker that I was just given the wrong coffee. The employee responded in a condescending tone "womp womp" (aka boo hoo). spoke with a manager at the window. Left annoyed more about how I was treated then getting the wrong coffee. Very disappointed in customer service!
Ordered a tall citrus defender in the drive through heading back home only to find ten minutes later they gave me hot water with a tea bag in it. Kind of missing the lemonade and honey. Completely awful, if they didn't know how to make something on their menu they should have asked or said something.
