“Not just a food truck! The restaurant is in Hemby Bridge. Wish I had known about it when it was in downtown Monroe.Stopped by to try it out last evening. By far the best BBQ and ribs I've had in NC. I had pulled pork and ribs, tater salad and slaw. The meat was cooked to perfection, moist and tender. The sweet sauce is a perfect compliment to the meat though it doesn't really need sauce. The tater salad was deliciously to die for, wish I could make it like that. The slaw she makes her own mayo based mixture and it is right tasty as well. Portions are generous...think generous not glutton lol. Owners were there and were really personable outgoing folks. I will be back soon and will make another review on whatever I eat then. Note..I did not make a happy plate took some home. The picture of my plate there is pulled pork under those ribs.“

“Food is always decent for a quick bite. Employee training has been beginning to slack over the last couple of years. They used to be very polite and courteous, but as of late, there's always some loud unnecessary conversations/ foul language being heard through the drive-through microphone or pickup window. It's not cool, especially when you have children in the car.“

“Update: I've updated my review as we were invited to come back, so we took them up in their offer. The brisket was excellent, enjoyed the Mac and cheese. Hubby got the BBQ sandwich and he enjoyed it as well.
I really appreciate IPP, STEPPING UP to show they care and the day we went was just an off day. They did say they have gone and hired new folks, so partially staffing.....Look forward to dinning with them again soon‼️

“We hired Dan & Debbie to cater our sons graduation party for 60 people! The food arrived on time, hot and tasted amazing!!! It was a hit and all the brisket, turkey & chicken wing went fast! We ordered enough, but people went back for 2nd & 3rds! Banana pudding was the “excellent” cherry on top! They are our favorite BBQ place in town, especially the Brisket!!!“
