“I wanted to take a few minutes and share the wonderful experience we had on Thursday, August 29th. A group of 12 of us came in for a birthday. We did not call ahead or make a reservation. We arrived at 6PM and was told there was unfortunately an hour or so wait (all good that's on us for not planning ahead better). The manager Matthew was very kind to us during our wait and kept apologizing.(no need again as it was our fault but we do appreciate the kindness) We had a very pleasant waiting experience & kept the Bartender Tiffany W busy 😉 while we waited on our table to be ready. She was busy , but provided EXCELLENT service during our (many trips) up to the bar 😆 We were seated by 7:30 & were greeted by 2 more WONDERFUL people - Kelly O & Haley F. They did fantastic during our entire visit , kept our drinks filled, etc. We finished up and paid around 9(also want to mention that the food was wonderful and everyones came out cooked just right & very timely!). It truly was a great experience and I personally (hate) dining out in groups, but we will definitely be back ! Thanks again Logan's of Kannapolis !!!“

“Me and my son, who is a chef, stopped here today after a wellness medical visit. I was extra hungry because I had to fast the day before! I had seen the commercials about The Smoke Pit (best barbecue in town) and someone had recommended it to my son! We both are big food critics- me being from Texas - the BEST BARBECUE STATE - and he being a CHEF! The Smoke Pit PASSED with FLYING COLORS! Everything was delicious- I had The Ribs, sweet potato casserole, and Mac & Cheese and baked beans. He had the two-meat brisket and pulled pork with greens instead of baked beans. We were both THRILLED! A+ From Us BOTH. We will RETURN.“

“Tonight, February 21, we had a 60th birthday surprise party for my brother! The staff were so helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure it was a good time. And the food was just delicious. Can't say enough about the Brickhouse Grill!“

“Stopped here on my way home to Greensboro from Charlotte. Ordered 2 appetizers (pulled pork egg rolls & tator tots topped w/ their DE-licious beef brisket) and they were good sized portions. The tator tots were my absolute favorite! My new favorite bbq spot!!“

“Wow! We've eaten here before but it's been a while. Very impressed. Friendly waitress (Makenzie), I had the 2 meat platter - ribs and smoked turkey (or you can get 3) with 2 sides and hush puppies. The ribs were fantastic! Moist (yes,I said moist) and flavorful. Some for the best baby back ribs I've ever eaten!! The smoked turkey breast was served in aluminum foil and guess what -- it was moist too! Baked beans were saucy with bits of BBQ meat mixed in. Mashed potatoes had bits of skin mixed in. Cornbread and hush puppies were good. Husband had the 1/4 chicken and ribs. I love where this place is located - close off 85. I don't have to fight Bruton Blvd/Charlotte traffic. They have a train that circles a track attached to the ceiling 🚂- very cute. They do have a senior/child's menu. We will definitely be back.“

“We go to Troutman’s every week and it is my favorite restaurant. The food is always good and Karen will go beyond to make sure everything is right. The Pot Roast on Sunday is to die for. Troutman’s is our place to go. Thank you Karen for the good job, I love the booths and they are just the right size for us.“

“This is a chain steakhouse. However the staff is attentive and the food is consistently good. They put lamb chops back on the menu which was excellent. My wife usually has the salmon. It is a consistent favorite for us at least once a month.“
