“This place is great. One of those places that is always crowded but there is room for one more!! The food is hot and fresh and the staff works together to make sure you always got what you need. I guess that's why it's always busy with the locals. My wife loves the livermush!!! I love the prices and the food!!!“

“Pretty much the ideal old school, neighborhood diner. Food made from scratch, no frozen burgers. Hand patted. Homemade sauce & dips are exceptional. Prices have not risen over last few years as much as most other places. They're very fair. Looks small but plenty of seating. Ample parking. Be courteous and be a good neighbor and you will be treated very well. Been in general area all my life but first visit. Heard breakfast is way above average, just as lunch is. I will definitely be back.“

“My wife and had gone to this location for the first time last night with our soon-to-be one year old, Logan. He was overtired, cranky and overall acting a menace. The staff was phenomenal about it and came over (a few times) to cheer him up and say hello. My order came out slightly undercooked for what I had ordered, but I genuinely fault myself because I just didn’t want it OVERcooked. The staff very quickly fixed my meal and the manager even brought out fresh sides to pair it with. SO appreciated as I was probably overtired myself lol. The staff was absolutely a breath of fresh air and I will definitely be back!“

“Stopped here on my way home to Greensboro from Charlotte. Ordered 2 appetizers (pulled pork egg rolls & tator tots topped w/ their DE-licious beef brisket) and they were good sized portions. The tator tots were my absolute favorite! My new favorite bbq spot!!“

“Cash only; but a stop for some delicious bbq in NC. This place is so busy. Our server was so so so so sweeet. Came here traveling through. The sandwiches seem most popular with everyone. The Mac & cheese is Kraft. The banana pudding was amazing. Onion rings were so good too!“

“My wife and I checked out The Sauce and All last Tuesday and it was delicious. She got a pulled pork sandwich and I got a rack of ribs. I’m actually heating up my leftover ribs right now for lunch. I wish I would’ve bought a bottle of there sauce to go. We will definitely be back when we have a taste for bbq.“

“We go to Troutman’s every week and it is my favorite restaurant. The food is always good and Karen will go beyond to make sure everything is right. The Pot Roast on Sunday is to die for. Troutman’s is our place to go. Thank you Karen for the good job, I love the booths and they are just the right size for us.“

“Was a great night with the youngins. Steaks were prepared right. Restaurant was clean. And the waitress was excellent. She always came back to check on us and kept everyone's drink full. Aside from the wait, this was probably the best Restaurant I've been to since Covid.“

“Field House prepared spaghetti and garlic toast for our church to feed the Carson High School JV football team. It was excellent and very generous portions. The football players enjoyed their meal. Thank you Conard and staff!“
