“This is the real deal for western NC chopped pork barbeque. In addition to being perfectly cooked and chopped the flavor is pure pork, so you can add the seasons you prefer, be it vinegar, hot sauce or mustard. The sandwiches are full, the slaw the right neutral crunch and the service is fast, friendly and polite. The interior is all business, tables, and a counter, it is all clean and says we mean barbeque!“
