Log Cabin catered an event for one of my organizations t
last weekend and it was absolutely terrific. Everyone at the event was saying how delicious the food was. The catering was top notch and I will definitely use them in the future for other events.
The Log Cabin was a great place to eat. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Unrequested hush puppies ended up on my plate, and I had no qualm about that. The sliced bbq was superb and I thoroughly enjoyed the vinegar based sauce. The mac and cheese was fine, and the slaw was slaw, not the best I had, not the worst. I would definitely come back here and eat any day. My only complaint was my sweet tea tasted like water. Simply put though, it's hard to find a better meal in Stanly county....read full review
the service was not completely terrible but there are certain employees mainly one that works in the back I believe, they we're using profanity where my children could hear. also one of the female employees I believe her name is Jennifer she is an older lady with dark hair, actually came to our table when I was in the restroom and gave my husband her phone number! can you believe that? they will no longer be getting my service

Log Cabin BBQ is a great place to eat, offering a true country atmosphere in a very clean establishment that feels cozy and quaint like an old log cabin. The food is amazing and really good, with many noting it is hard to find a better meal in Stanly county. The sliced BBQ is superb, especially with the vinegar based sauce, and the chuck wagon sandwich is especially loved. The hush puppies come highly recommended and should not be passed up. Sides like the mac and cheese are fine, while the slaw and hamburger steak special are noted as not bad. Sweet tea receives mixed reviews. The service is top notch, helpful, and knowledgeable, with excellent customer service. Many guests, including first-time visitors, state they will definitely come back.
