Cook Out serves amazing-tasting food, especially with their sauces. The seating area can be dirty at times, but the restaurant consistently provides good, quick food and excellent customer service. Most customers have found the food to be hot and fresh, and it is affordable to feed a grown man and others for less than $25. Recent changes have brought responsible young staff, leading to a noticeable improvement in food quality. Although parking can be challenging during peak hours due to the drive-through line, the current crew is performing well. A standout employee at the front counter is Travis, who is known for his excellent customer service and patience with complicated orders. However, some customers have suggested improvements, like providing better straws for milkshakes. Despite these minor issues, Cook Out continues to be a favorite for many.
