“One of my all-time favorite spots for a quiet and healthy Greek lunch or dinner. My favorite is the Village Greek with gyro, they give me fresh sliced lemon for my dressing. There isn't lettuce in it, it includes amazing stuffed grape leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes onion, green pepper and feta cheese. I enjoy the pita bread in the taziki sauce. I have also had the feta burger, the spanakopita and they serve wine and beer as well as other beverages. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for any dish I've ordered they are very quick in the food is very fresh.“

“The food here was delicious and a very diverse menu. My bf and I stumbled upon this place by chance. We were trying to decide between this place and another. So glad we chose this one. I had the 4 side vegetable plate and he had the fried white fish. When I say everything was great, I mean everything. We had no complaints and will definitely be back soon. “I've had the falafel pita, twice, dined in, and the Greek salad & falafel, take out. I don't know elsewhere to get falafel so it's good. A bit dry but not overcooked.They always offer extra tzaziki, yay.I prefer my falafel with lots of flavor, onions and sauce. But overall, I think you'll enjoy the meal. Price is comparable to other similar eateries. “The chicken souvlaki platter was all-encompassing fulfilling and delicious. I was happy that you were still providing a fresh meal that late in the evening (because some restaurants microwave food), and I still had enough to take to work the next day (but wished I had more), and still tasted delicious. Your staff, especially the desk staffer that took my order, were wonderful to interact with (especially when you just want to go home, eat, do no exercise, and sleep). “We’ve been coming to Greco since the first one opened in Blakney. We love the food and the people. Tonight we are in the Waxhaw location the food was great as always and Jenny was so sweet! We were there to celebrate our 12 year old daughter’s birthday (she’s been going to Greco since she was born) and Jenny brought her out a piece of baklava to help celebrate.“

“One of the best restaurants in CLT. Consistency is perpetual here. Food, beverage, ambiance, all top notch They even have live music on Fridays All warm, welcoming smiles from the host desk all the way to the wait staff and managers. Bartenders are great. Especially G, he's the man! You're treated like family here. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed. The grilled octopus is a must!“

“Food came out hot and fresh from the kitchen. Stuffed grape leaves were flavorful and the spinach pie was good. Only minor complaint was cashier charged a credit card fee when bill was paid with cash. Had to point out they overcharged, which seemed to confuse the cashier on how to refund it.“

“We had a salad with the chicken kabob. Very fresh tasty. The kabob was flavorful and most, not over or under done. Also had the chicken gyro. One of the best. Read someone else's review about the fries. The oopah fries are very flavorful with the herbs and feta. Will definitely go again when in the area.“

“I just have to say what a great place this is! I’ve been ordering here for years. Their food is always fresh and flavorful and the people working there are courteous! Tonight I ordered from Door Dash and wanted extra Pita. There wasn’t a place to order on the app and I told the gal on the phone I was happy to pay for it. She said, “no problem, I’ll throw some in no charge.” I told her she was the bright spot in my otherwise difficult day. And when I opened my order I saw this message on the box. It almost made me cry because I had just come from cleaning out my Moms house and she recently passed away. Kindness is so meaningful and this person had no idea what was going on-she’s just a wonderful person spreading kindness. Thank you Greco Fresh! “Stopped in for a Philly Cheesesteak and after looking at the menu purchased a large "Black n Blue" Cheesesteak. Positively delicious. Everything was great about it ... the wheat roll was warm and tasty, the steak was tender and tasty without any grill fried taste to it, and the onions and peppers were tasty as well.We appreciated that the owner or manager immediately told us about a 15% discount coupon and showed us how to use it when ordering.What a great find in our own neighborhood !“

“I used to love going to Showmars and was excited to go there for a quick lunch when I was visiting the area recently. The food is ok, but not as good as it used to be, and the burgers were much smaller. The prices are very reasonable. The service was great, as always. The restaurant was not very clean. There were a lot of tables that needed to be wiped down, which is to be expected at a busy time of day, but it was overall not very clean.“

“6/16/23. A group of 20 of my sewing group ate at Mr G's, trying out the restaurant under new ownership. A couple of mix ups, when one of our guys got someone's vegetarian gyro. Got that quickly solved, and he decided that it was delicious too! Hot onion rings with real onion, great gizzard, pork chops, fish sandwich, hamburgers. All was fresh and hot from the kitchen and great service! We are very happy with the new "Mr G's", even though we miss Bill and the crew who had served us so well over the years.
