Very busy but very smooth process
I want to recognize Tommy at the Mint Hill Showmars for providing outstanding customer service.
I accidentally didn’t complete my order properly and didn’t realize it until right before closing time. Instead of turning me away, Tommy took the time to help fix the issue, made sure everything was handled correctly, and went above and beyond to get my order prepared before they closed.
