“I want to recognize Tommy at the Mint Hill Showmars for providing outstanding customer service.

I accidentally didn’t complete my order properly and didn’t realize it until right before closing time. Instead of turning me away, Tommy took the time to help fix the issue, made sure everything was handled correctly, and went above and beyond to get my order prepared before they closed.

It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about taking care of customers the way he did. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience.

“Delish delish! Chili fries with in house cheese sauce, ranch and Charlie's mother's chili recipe (veganized) was a delight! Don't even get me started on the best vegan gluten free cheesecake I took home for later- which is now Lol! BEST I have ever had! It was apple cheesecake-melts in your mouth! “Went to this location for the first time to try viva chicken with my husband! We were greeted but the most wonderful person at the counter. she was friendly and very personable. I had never gone to a viva chicken so I wanted something they didn’t have on today’s menu but She made sure to recommend me something just as good. she was very welcoming and cheery! we loved the food so much and will be back. while we ate Miss Sarah I believe was her name; came out and asked us how our food was. that was above and beyond for me. I n not much of a reviewer but when the service is good and so is the food you have to say something!! Sarah if you see this great job with the customer service and I look forward to visiting again!“

“My wife and I had dinner at the Charlotte location this evening. We had great service from our server Noah, who was very quick to take our drink order and provided attentive service for our entire dinner. We both ordered a Chimichangas (my wife had the chicken and I had the beef). Both were delicious, well seasoned and served hot. (fwiw) noted the staff were sweeping and cleaning the restaurant tables quickly, after a table turned.“

If they where to not have any supporters/customer than i would be dead. I tried Pho Tai, Spring rolls and quail. Phenomenal. I love spicy food so the sauce you ask for the pho was AMAZING too. Sweet tea was great, they kept refilling too :) Customer service was so great that we got wine at closing since it was already 10PM. THE SWEETEST PEOPLE EVER🩷 if you need a new fav spot this is it . “5/5 Stars – Delicious Vegan Food! I stopped at Enat Ethiopian Restaurant while passing through Charlotte and picked up a vegan platter to go — and it was incredible! Every item was flavorful and satisfying, and the injera was so good I could eat it every day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even for a quick carry-out order. I left happy, full, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!“

“We needed a Gluten Free option and the usuals are getting old! The Steak sandwich on a GF bun was delicious! It fit the bill perfectly for what we were seeking. The Parmesan potato’s pancake was cooked to perfection. The only adjustments I would make was (when the steak was after the server asked and the steak was ordered medium, that it should have at least some pink), but it was tender and flavorful. The multi-server thing got confusing. One person took drink order, another delivered (1 was incorrect), another ran the food and we were not told of the multi-layered service). Everyone was nice, it was just a little confusing and no one ever asked about drink refills and when the coffee cup was empty there was no one around for a long time. But… we still like the food, prices, atmosphere, options, and consistency.“
