“My husband and I go to Showmars in Mint Hill NC often. It is always good. But when I walk in and see Jerry in the kitchen cooking, Tamar and/or Will serving I know it is going to be amazing. Thank you to all, but especially those three for making our dinner great and relaxing. The chicken BLT salad is the best. And of course the ice is great.“

We had great service from our server Noah, who was very quick to take our drink order and provided attentive service for our entire dinner. We both ordered a Chimichangas (my wife had the chicken and I had the beef). Both were delicious, well seasoned and served hot. (fwiw) noted the staff were sweeping and cleaning the restaurant tables quickly, after a table turned.“

“Went to this location for the first time to try viva chicken with my husband! We were greeted but the most wonderful person at the counter. she was friendly and very personable. I had never gone to a viva chicken so I wanted something they didn’t have on today’s menu but She made sure to recommend me something just as good. she was very welcoming and cheery! we loved the food so much and will be back. while we ate Miss Sarah I believe was her name; came out and asked us how our food was. that was above and beyond for me. I n not much of a reviewer but when the service is good and so is the food you have to say something!! The vibe is chill and I am never disappointed. This is a hidden gem off Central that closes early, so get there (and check their hours) if you haven’t been. Their food is top tier for veggie comfort food but also if you are looking for healthy options. A lot of their food is named from stable Charlotte spots. 10/10 recommend!“

“We needed a Gluten Free option and the usuals are getting old! The Steak sandwich on a GF bun was delicious! It fit the bill perfectly for what we were seeking. The Parmesan potato’s pancake was cooked to perfection. The only adjustments I would make was (when the steak was after the server asked and the steak was ordered medium, that it should have at least some pink), but it was tender and flavorful. The multi-server thing got confusing. One person took drink order, another delivered (1 was incorrect), another ran the food and we were not told of the multi-layered service). Everyone was nice, it was just a little confusing and no one ever asked about drink refills and when the coffee cup was empty there was no one around for a long time. But… we still like the food, prices, atmosphere, options, and consistency.“
