“We have been to Ming Fu Waxhaw several times and have enjoyed the food. The sushi is presented artfully and the fish is always fresh. The Chinese entrees are always excellent in both taste and presentation. The spice level of any dish can be customized and I always enjoy extra spicy. The service has always been excellent whether seated in the restaurant or at the sushi bar. The only negative is that the restaurant closes at 0830 pm which is early compared to other restaurants in the area.“

“The closest to authentic neopolitan pizza your gonna get in south charlotte. Friendly and efficient staff is always a plus. We always enjoy a Margherita with sausage and occasionally try the seasonal specilas. Fresh garlic and other condiments are available to enhance the included side of marinara. Pizza could go lighter on the salt would be my only input. Arugula salad and homemade dressing is awesome. Gelato is not overly sweet and had great texture, wish they brought vanilla back. Look out for the daily specials on beer, wine, or Gelato during the week.“

A must go place for salads. User friendly app to order and pay ahead. Great location in Blakeney Shopping Center. Definitely a place to return again and again as I do. If they could dim those just even a little the whole ambiance would change and I bet people wouldn't talk so loud either. Overall though it's a great place for dinner, lunch, or just drinks.“

Seating area is kind of utilitarian, but we don't go there to eat chairs. Their ice cream cannot be beat. They're right next to the open square facing Home Depot entrance in the Promenade. I have to get back there for more Coconut and Pina Colada.“

The food is delicious of course, and a little different from other brunch spots. They have a breakfast burrito with queso, chorizo, chicken and waffles, etc.

They also have a cute patio under a pretty little tree, some shady spots, some in the sun, something for everyone

Side note there’s someone new on the management team and the playlist mid morning on is ELITE. Aliyah, Drake, Return of the Mack. Loved it“

“Great food, great service, but if you’re a larger party and are seated in the enclosed patio area, take heed that it will be extremely uncomfortable with the summer heat. They only have a couple of small portable fans that are absolutely inadequate for the total space, and the ceiling fans (supposedly set to the incorrect direction) didn’t help much. Even the dining room wasn’t much better. I know it’s been hot, but if the customer is uncomfortable I can only imagine the staff.“
