My wife and I visited First Watch in Waverly (Providence Rd) on 3/26/2026 around 11:45am, and unfortunately this was our second poor experience at this location.
We were seated immediately, which started off well. Our server came over briefly while my wife stepped away and took a drink order (just waters). My wife returned within two minutes—but from that point on, we were completely ignored.
