Very bad customer service. I arrived 30 minutes before close and went through the drive through. my order was taken but whenj have pulled around to the window i noticed no workers and they had already cleaned everything up. All the employees had ignored us and would bother to tell us they wouldnt serve us. They had walked by our car and made eye contact multiple times. I also noticed employees were leaving. Came in through the drive through at 11:28, mind you the drive through closes at midnight. As someone working in the food industry I understand wanting to close early but several cars were just sitting in the line as employees pretended not to see us to not serve us. It wasn’t even 5 or 10 minutes until close it was 30. My friend got out of her car and went up to the window and employees just walked by making eye contact and ignoring us. The staff's kindness and understanding have made a positive impact on the customer. The drive-through girl was pleasant, and worker Greg bravely handled a frightening situation. The food is very good and always out on time, even for larger orders like a family memorial. However, some customers received extremely crispy chicken bites with no meat, incorrect beverages, and faced issues like no napkins or bags. Despite this, many plan to return.
