“Dang. I hate to have to update this, but this is not as good as it was. The last 2 visits saw wrong orders, inatentive servers, and similar. Yesterday, ordered my usual, #1, over light, please crisp the bacon. Eggs over cooked, bacon undercooked. Server not to be found. Never a coffee refill. As preparing to leave, they checked on us, and I *politely and quietly* showed them my incomplete meal. They did replace the items, but took a while, and I think the burnt bacon I was presented seemed a little spiteful.“

“Always great tasting but today was exceptional! Tried the cornbeef Hash which was real and not canned. OMG so good against the seasoned potatoes. Excited as my guest loved every bite. She hadn't had real hash in forever. As a true foodie she indulged and melted at the OMG French toast. She made the perfect bite with both dishes and gushed.“

“I had to tey their famous apple pancake, fresh squeezed oj, and threw in a couple of eggs with toast and jelly. I shared the apple pancake and still brought some home for leftovers. I thought the ipad in waiting area very clever to hold your spot.“

“It's small and quaint. The loaded hash was delectable. I wish the added cinnamon or vanilla to their waffles. It fell a little flat. They ran out of biscuits and salsa, so I used the jalapeño hotsauce, which was decent. Our sever forgot to place our order, and we waited over an hour for food. Mine came immediately (I was late), which prompted them to ask where their plates were. They also got their eggs mixed around. I thought the good was just ok. Nothing to write home about. I did find the eggs light and fluffy, though. So, it was a win.“

“A good experience every time! Jason, our server, was excellent. He had a natural ability to maintain contact during our meal without making too many trips. Despite how busy this place is, the food is usually excellent, and my guests and I are always seated promptly. I will return time and time again!“

“I cannot believe I don’t frequent this place more than once in a while. I am adding it to my rotation of soup or chicken salad spots. They seem to offer everything and then there is the all day breakfast. So clean and big booths. It is a hidden gem in that Fairview building.“

“As an avid chaser of value, I often find myself stopping at IHOP during my travels. Now that the value meals are a printed part of the menu and not just a sticker on menu, I often gravitate to one or two of them for a good meal. This time I opted for my old favorite the big steak omelette. We could tell the sever was new and trying to find comfort in her position, her service wes good. The food came out quickly and correct. All in all a great experience.“

“It was our first time there. We were on vacation, in Charlotte North Carolina. We saw this restaurant on Tryon while riding to our hotel. We stopped because we love out of the way, nobody heard of, because we are tourist. The service was excellent anthe the establishment was very clean. All utensils, forks, knives, and spoons had zero spots. I recommend that everyone that sees this go check it out when you visit Charlotte North Carolina.“

“This waffle house has great customer service you were greeted when you walk through the front door. It was clean and everyone worked well together the young lady that served us had the colorful braids. Her customer service made us feel welcomed. The food was good the iced tea banging. Affordable price for four people.“

“The reason I gave this score is because of Carmen, the manager. The experience started very negative by not having a server greet us. Carmen stepped in and exemplified what service should be. She made sure our order was taken, my little got a great meal and stayed on top of the experience the entire time! I want to highly recommend this location because Carmen understands what it takes to create a true customer experience!“

“We went there after a concert late at night. That's the best time to go IMO. The overnight cooks and servers are the best. Nothing wrong with the other shifts but overnight shifts hit differently. Food and service were both great, definitely would visit again.“
