Shrimp and grits were too runny! The turkey bacon .... (Was it really turkey bacon)? I love leaving a great tip, so i was shocked to know that I'd given a $20 tip! Watch out for the gratuity that's already added.
I'm well-acquainted with this restaurant brand, but visiting this location for the first time left mixed impressions. The Sunday crowd made the sunroom uncomfortable, lacking fresh air. Opted to sit onsite; the servers were pleasant, and the food was good, despite my initial uncooked eggs. They promptly corrected the issue, though the sauce was missed initially. This is not my first nor last time dining at this Famous Toastery. However, I was saddened today on ordering to find out that my beloved candied bacon is no longer on the menu. This is the one constant no matter what I ordered. Whoever in corporate that made the decision to eradicate this delicacy should be evaluated!
