This place is top-notch! I visited the Charlotte area this weekend and I’m so glad I stopped by tonight. The staff was attentive, the food was hot, flavorful, and filling, and the atmosphere was great. Plus, the restaurant was very clean.

Zapata's Mexican Restaurant in the University area offers incredibly tasty homemade sauces and the BEST Tres Quesos nachos. The restaurant is kid-friendly and provides excellent service, although it might be inconsistent at times. With a large parking lot, it's convenient for families. The patio dining experience is recommended for a great meal.
The food is really good and has big portions. Customers can order a variety of tacos, including a steak taco that is not on the menu. The mango margaritas are excellent. The manager is absolutely amazing, extremely accommodating, and the staff is kind and courteous. The food is very fresh, flavorful, and tasty, providing an authentic Mexican cuisine experience.
