My teenage son went to N&C by himself and ordered Linguine and Tofu. The Tofu was cold. He asked the CSR if this was normal. He was told no. So he ordered some pasta and sauce. At first he was not given a refund, probably did not know what to do. After a conversation with the manager we were given a refund with no hassle. Customer Service is the foundation of any service industry. The Manager did a good job. Thanks, Team Self
