I love McDonald's. Consistent like always but some longer wait times recently
I am a frequent customer at your restaurant and generally love coming to this location. However, I wanted to bring an issue regarding the women's restroom to your attention.
The hot water in the sink is dangerously hot. When washing your hands, the water becomes boiling hot after only about three seconds of use.
Could you please have this looked into and adjusted for the safety of your customers?

I barely make a fuss about my experiences about fast food restaurants but this recent experience has to be the most annoying. I am not a “local guide” so I doubt this store would even care. This location is NOTORIOUS for charging for SAUCES…and you’d think they would put them in your bag since you PAID for them RIGHT ?? YE NO, think again. Let’s say you order a 20 piece nugget you are supposed to get 3 sauces…they gave me 2. Or maybe a 6 piece...read full review

A visit to McDonald's resulted in a mix of experiences for the customers. The restaurant had recently reopened after remodeling, with a new layout, clean interior, and plenty of new chairs and tables. Service was quick, and the staff was seen cleaning tables and sweeping the floors, showing a remarkable improvement. The food was described as fresh and not dry, with nuggets being freshly made and all items served hot. The line was not long, and the overall atmosphere was much better than before. The staff was friendly, attentive, and worked well together, listening to customer requests and providing all the sauces. Customers appreciated the great attitudes and the good pace of service. Despite some previous issues with order mistakes and employee dismissiveness, recent visits have been much more positive, with correct orders and good food quality. Overall, the experience was decent enough, with customers advised to check their food before leaving to ensure accuracy.
