Firstly, I would give negative 3 stars if i could. I asked for an order that I ask for all of the time, and was told that it never existed, I ask him to speak with someone about this, and I hear this man making pretend talking noises and was told that he just spoke to his manager, and the item doesn't exist. Weird... Went home and ordered through the glitchy app, and got it delivered (yes, our double quarter deluxe with cheese was an actual item)... I bite into the cheeseburger, and immediately want to evict anything I had eaten all day. It was pink. I know this isn't indicative of having a safety issue; however, I definitely do not trust medium rare from a fast food restaurant. Always gets it wrong, and always with a rude and condescending attitude. Go elsewhere, for your own peace of mind.

This is the WORST McDonald's in the city, Two Employees were about to fight, and another customer and I, were waiting for over 15 minutes for our food, I only wanted A large coffee, and some Fries, had to wait another 5 minutes just to get my refund back, They need to fire the whole staff that was there that night

It would be more sensible and more of a courtesy if customers were made aware prior to them pulling up to the drive-thru window that cash payments would be the only means of payment accepted, as opposed to a credit or debit card. Perhaps a temporary sign could be placed near the beginning of the drive-thru line to inform them of this. It was so disappointing to be in the line for 20 minutes, and then to finally get to the window be told that they only accept cash.

Placed order online through app, the APP stayed the store took orders til 159am, it was 120. I arrived at the store and got in line behind 2 other cars. After me other cars filtered into the line. There were 6 cars waiting around 130am.When i got to the order screen, some dude got on the mic and said they were closed. Bro what? Allegedly I'll receive a refund after 2 hours. We will see.

***UPDATE REVIEW****On the same day that I sent the review I received a call from the store manager. A very polite young man that was very humble and heard me out. He asked me to come back to the store and replace the meals at not cost. On 1/27/24 went back again I have to say that the service was way more efficient and the manager made sure that our meals were delivered better than before. They still didn’t get the special or right but at least the customer service was better than before. I would suggest you that if you decide to visit this store make sure to check the food before leave just to make sure that they get it correct.***ORIGINAL POST***I visited the location today, but they seemed uncooperative. The order, placed at the kiosk with specific details, had issues—no receipt printed. After a call, I picked up the order, realizing they got it wrong. Replacing apple slices with extra kids meals resulted in small fries. When addressing the issue, the employee’s attitude was dismissive. Though I got replacements, they were only half-filled. The omitted apple slices and extra items I paid for were missing. No napkins were provided. I felt overcharged and frustrated due to both the order mistakes and the employee’s attitude.

Junkies passed out and homeless people hanging around. Worst experience ever! I never thought this could happen to this area…I felt like I was in a big city, riddled with unemployment and druggies. Dirty restaurant and of course employees don’t want to provide an ounce of customer service nonetheless friendly service. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

They tend to be cash only a lot when I have a chance to go there. They will accept payment via the app but won't make mobile orders during that time. Seeing as there is no way for a customer to know this before ordering via the app I have to give them a poor score. It's also a hassle getting your money back once you have already paid on the app.
