Everything was excellent!!
The food was really good, lots of vegan options and large portions. The only thing I didn't particularly care for was the seating. You have to order first and be seated. But if you're coming with a large party, it's not guaranteed you allwould be able to send together, And they don't take reservations but that's just the business model. Other than that it was really good!

The Wafflery offers really good food with lots of vegan options and large portions. The waffles are as good as expected based on the namesake, and the chicken and grits is described as magic in a bowl. The fried chicken has the perfect amount of breading. The food is delicious and not overly priced, with an incredibly impressive amount on the plates. Customers can tell a lot of heart goes into the food. The customer service is consistently on point, and staff are nice, helpful, personable, and sweet, creating a great atmosphere. One staff member is described as a rockstar who makes guests feel special. The restaurant is clean and neat, and the music is good. Some downsides are mentioned: the seating requires ordering first before being seated, large parties are not guaranteed to sit together, and no reservations are taken. The acoustics are terrible, making conversations difficult, and it can be loud, energetic, and crowded. The coffee is disappointing. Overall, it is a fantastic place and a go-to spot for a good waffle.
