Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very nice and amazing people who provide exceptional customer service. The staff, including baristas like Savannah, Marsha, Caroline, Meri, Drew, and Javin, are always friendly with great positive attitudes and phenomenal energy. Their super smile and great hello make the experience enjoyable. However, the service can be very slow, with customers waiting 20 minutes for a drink even with a short line. Weekday mornings around 7am are a challenge, and the drive thru line can cause lateness. Despite this, the customer service is unmatched, and the drinks are amazing. One customer drives an extra 30 minutes daily for the espresso and the staff. The location is considered the best in Charlotte, with amazing vibes, though some apple drinks are missing from the menu.
