Since this Starbucks is inside of the HT, it's disappointing that you can't order ahead, so you can grab your items and go. But the wait is not usually long, although I'm more often in the store in the evening vs the morning, and mornings could be different. The staff is friendly and they get my order right! Sierra is awesome!!! I am in there before 7 am when I go and she is always going at super speed, running to the back of the store to get supplies that the night people didn't replace, and doing it all herself. I get my drink faster than when I go into a store with 2 or 3 people working. It's a Starbucks inside a grocery store and my disappointment here is that they don't have a seating area.
