nasty. They are lazy and dont clean it looks like they havent swept or mopped the floor in weeks. And the staff is rude and dumb.
They didnt even put us on the waitlist cause they were to busy supposedly.
They could just admit the staff is inept and incompetent but they wanna pretend like they are to busy.
Atleast i didnt waste money only to be disappointed and possibly violently ill due to there poor hygiene.
I can promise i will never return either.
The food was great. Fast service, great atmosphere I would rate it as #1 in the Charlotte area for Japanese. I will definetely be back.
