“Char Bar in Mint Hill has always been a go to for my husband and I. Our sever was very nice and helpful, and atmosphere is perfect for our date night. My first Pink Flamingo was wonderful and the glass came full to the brim, which is why I ordered a second. Unfortunately the second tasted flat and only filled half the glass. When I mentioned this to the server he checked with the bartender and came back saying she said it was just the amount of juices mixed in, and had the right of amount of alcohol. If it doesn’t taste good, and is a pricy drink, it should be made right. A little disappointed. Food was good but would love to see some new items on the menu.“

“I want to recognize Tommy at the Mint Hill Showmars for providing outstanding customer service.
I accidentally didn’t complete my order properly and didn’t realize it until right before closing time. Instead of turning me away, Tommy took the time to help fix the issue, made sure everything was handled correctly, and went above and beyond to get my order prepared before they closed.
It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about taking care of customers the way he did. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience.
Showmars is fortunate to have someone like Tommy representing their brand. Thank you again for the excellent service. Highly recommend this location.“

“2nd time here because the first time was excellent. This time, however, was lacking. I ordered the calzone. The cheese was at one end, the frozen spinach, canned mushrooms and raw onions were at the other end. Not edible.“

“Went to this location for the first time to try viva chicken with my husband! We were greeted but the most wonderful person at the counter. she was friendly and very personable. I had never gone to a viva chicken so I wanted something they didn’t have on today’s menu but She made sure to recommend me something just as good. she was very welcoming and cheery! we loved the food so much and will be back. while we ate Miss Sarah I believe was her name; came out and asked us how our food was. that was above and beyond for me. I n not much of a reviewer but when the service is good and so is the food you have to say something!! Sarah if you see this great job with the customer service and I look forward to visiting again!“

“My wife and I had dinner at the Charlotte location this evening. We had great service from our server Noah, who was very quick to take our drink order and provided attentive service for our entire dinner. We both ordered a Chimichangas (my wife had the chicken and I had the beef). Both were delicious, well seasoned and served hot. (fwiw) noted the staff were sweeping and cleaning the restaurant tables quickly, after a table turned.“

“Abugida is the best Ethiopian in Charlotte, the food is made fresh everyday. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. If you haven't tried Ethiopian, they will help you with the menu. This food is amazing and their injera is always fresh and delicious. Always order coffee!“

“As frequent online ordering, in conjunction with dine in service, my wife and I truly enjoy each and every dining experience at this location. The meals are well seasoned and cooked to perfection. It's great eating healthy food that taste this good. It's also a nice touch to not have a long wait whenever ordering online. “I had the pleasure of eating here for the first time last night with my brother and his girlfriend. We had the best experience! Our server Laney was wonderful- super friendly and attentive. The GM was extremely personable and was taking to the time to check on each table multiple times and connect with them personally. The food and drinks were great- I had an espresso martini and the steak and arugula flat bread. For dessert, the fluffer nutter martini and all were delicious! Cannot recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back :)“

“We always enjoy New South and have been regulars for many years. Tonight we had meatloaf with tomato jam and mashed potatoes, beef short rib and succotash and a delish peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. The menu is an elevated farm to table experience and every item on it is so good and beautifully planted. The salads are all excellent but my favorite is the simple mixed greens with citrus dressing topped with grilled chicken. It's yummy. “

“5/5 Stars – Delicious Vegan Food! I stopped at Enat Ethiopian Restaurant while passing through Charlotte and picked up a vegan platter to go — and it was incredible! Every item was flavorful and satisfying, and the injera was so good I could eat it every day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even for a quick carry-out order. I left happy, full, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!“

“We needed a Gluten Free option and the usuals are getting old! The Steak sandwich on a GF bun was delicious! It fit the bill perfectly for what we were seeking. The Parmesan potato’s pancake was cooked to perfection. The only adjustments I would make was (when the steak was after the server asked and the steak was ordered medium, that it should have at least some pink), but it was tender and flavorful. The multi-server thing got confusing. One person took drink order, another delivered (1 was incorrect), another ran the food and we were not told of the multi-layered service). Everyone was nice, it was just a little confusing and no one ever asked about drink refills and when the coffee cup was empty there was no one around for a long time. But… we still like the food, prices, atmosphere, options, and consistency.“

“AC/BC is a great place to get a taste of different types of special brew some beer have a unique German taste. Enjoy the atmosphere with friends and family getting together. Grab a bite to eat from the different rotating food trucks that are parked outside on the premises and wash it down with a nice cold brew 🍺. The owner of AC/BC is a great and proud American Veteran who served his country with honors both in peacetime and in combat. You should come in and buy him a beer for his service. Better yet, come in and support his business and celebrate his commitment to the United States of America.“

They even give me little bread slices to go with it. I have had nothing but lovely experiences there and would recommend it to anyone.“

“Got to try J-birds for the first time today.. if you want an amazing burger he is definitely worth the trip!! The service was awesome and it is definitely not just a restaurant it has the "cheers" your family vibe!!
