If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! This is the best sushi restaurant I've been to in Charlotte and is in the top 3 I've been to in the Country. Sushi was so fresh and good. Baby hamachi amazing! The salmon was excellent and every roll was better than the previous one!Excellent excellent excellent!
Everything here was great. I honestly was not expecting this. Lams was closed so we figured what the hell. Great choice. This is now one of my top ranked spots in Charlotte. Not just the Sushi though but the bento boxes, tokoyaki really everything was good. Reasonably priced too. People leaving bad reviews eat at McDonalds daily...

I ordered the donkatsu and the yellowtail roll for take out.The yellowtail roll was very good, with minimal rice thats not flattened to death like some other places. It perfectly encompassed a large piece of yellowtail that tasted fresh. It was very addictive in taste and mouth feel for me.The donkatsu was breaded and fried perfectly with minimal breading (which i love) surrounding a nice juicy pork cutlet. Also very good.I definitely want to come back to try the other sushi options.
