“We have eaten carry out here for years and loved it. Today we tried to dine in. They were busy and understaffed. I had to ask for our soups and salads after waiting 30 min. The soup was cold. The brought us hot ones right away. 15 more min passes and no server or food. I asked another waitress to help us. She said the food would be right out. 20 minutes after that, we had just had it with no explanation or food. We left after an hour of waiting. We took our untouched food in to go boxes bc we didn't want to sit there any longer. People were getting seated and served way after us. No compensation was offered. Very disappointing.“

“We have been going to Osaka's for a number of years. They updated their menu recently as well as the quality of their product. The new menu and the changes to their product has been exceptional. It is our No. 1 place for Sushi in the area. I highly recommend it.“

“I thoroughly enjoyed the Drunken noodles. It was a substantial portion and the noodles were perfect mix of elasticity, smoothness, chewiness. The sauce was an exquisite blend of flavors with mild spicyness. I just wish it was a bit more saucy the noodles dried out quickly. My husband ordered the kungpao chicken which was expertly prepared. The sauce was sweet, sour and spicy all the same time. I couldn't decide which new dish I enjoyed more.

The server was very patient with our indecision as we wanted to try something new and gave us suggestions. We appreciated her attentive service. There were customers at several tables and she managed to attend to us often. The restaurant was pleasing, quiet and comfortable. Definitely going back for more drunken noodles.“

“Belissima! Vibes and decorè, unmatched! Its sexy, sleak, and a lil sultry. The back lighting at night is gorgeous. It creates a very intimate vibe. The food is small plates so don't belive you're going to feast. My only draw back was flavor. When it said SPICE I was expecting an indulgent amount of SPICE with unique flavor compliments. Being internationally inspired I guess I was reaching. I will say that the food presentation was beautiful.“

“I stopped by this sushi bar recently and had what might be the best sushi experience of my life. The two chefs, Ikadek and Ardi, were absolute masters behind the counter. Despite the language barrier (they speak very little English), their warmth, smiles, and passion for what they do came through loud and clear. They took such pride in every piece they prepared — the fish was incredibly fresh, the flavors perfectly balanced, and the presentation beautiful. It was some of the most delicious sushi I’ve ever had.
What really blew us away was their incredible generosity. They comped most of our order and kept treating us to extra pieces. It felt like we were guests in their home rather than customers at a restaurant. Their kindness turned a simple meal into a memorable experience.
If you love authentic, high-quality sushi made with heart, you have to come here and sit at the bar with Ikadek and Ardi. They’re the real deal. Thank you both — I’ll be back very soon!“

“Not a sushi girl BUT they have so much more. The vibe is flirty and sexy with intimate charm. BTW love the Cherry Blossom Trees. We ordered a lot. Coconut Fire Shrimp, Garden and Tempura Rolls, Mushroom and Salmon Yakitiri, Goyza, Truffle Fries, Garlic Butter noodles, Plum wine, Crane Returns, Melon Smash and Koi Pond. It was delicious. Everything was bursting with flavor. The garlic noods were bomb. We used them to tie the Yakitori together. Service is extremely fast too!“

“It is without exaggeration that I say this is my favorite restaurant in the Charlotte area. You can tell the level of care and detail the food is consistently prepared with. Everything is always just right, from the house made salad dressing, to the breading on the pork, even down to the ramen being just the right thickness and consistency. The servers are always prompt and courteous and the portions are always generous too. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, I just wish they were open on Tuesdays.“

“The only reservation I could get was at 4:30, so we did the early bird special and went up the stairs to Uchiba! I think they have done a great job getting new stores and restaurants in this new area of Plaza Midwood. We had high hopes for Uchiba and they really delivered on all categories. The space itself wasn’t huge and had almost as much space outside as in. The servers were great and very conscientious about allergies. The food was amazing. The dishes were well paced. We didn’t feel rushed or worried that they forgot us. Uchiba is a great addition to the Charlotte food scene.“

“There was an issue with the reservation I made online, so I'm glad that I called to have it changed to an earlier time. When I called, the person I spoke with could not find my reservation even though I received a confirmation email and text. Fortunately they were able to take us at the earlier time we wanted, so it worked out.

We were seated right away upon arriving, and greeted very shortly after. We started woth the calamari, which was perfectly fried and not overloaded with breading or random accouterments that just take up space on the dish. It was a generous portion.

We shared 3 sushi rolls - the gladiator, dynamite, and scorpion. All fresh and delicious!

Service was good. We were seated on the side of the restaurant where you can see the kitchen and all of the to-go orders being prepared, which I did not care for, but the team works quietly, so its not disturbing in that manner.

We will definitely eat here again.“

“We had an amazing dinner here during Queens Feast. Highly recommend for a date night as the atmosphere is extremely warm and romantic. Great drinks as well, and the food of course was delicious and extremely fresh.“

“Tight entrance-exit lanes. Nice inside one way up/down lanes so you don’t have to cross other vehicles on tight turns going floor to floor. Easy fast down “twistie” lane on side of building to get to ground floor. Lots of open space even during week days in upper floors. Spaces are not particularly spacious.“

A lot of people might order take out from here but I prefer to sit and enjoy as the food always comes out hot and delicious. The servers were nice enough but kind of awkward. Food was decent for fushion/American style Asian - a tad on the overly sweet and salty side. I liked the kalbi and sashimi was pretty fresh (though choices for types of fish were limited).“

“I have been shopping for athletic shoes at Fleet Feet-Fort Mill exclusively for about 8 years. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. We went in on April 23, 2026 for my husband to get fitted for good sneakers to walk in. Caroline helped us measure and map out his feet and go d just the right shoes and insoles to support him well. She was also assisting another customer when we walked in and we were happy to wait. She started working with my husband while the other customer’s son was walking around in the shoes he was trying on. She was very attentive to both the other customers and us. Can’t praise her enough!!! And can’t praise Fleet Feet enough!“

“My family and I ate at Hanako last night, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We ordered miso and hot soups along with several rolls — spicy salmon, spicy tuna, volcano, dragon, and the Hanako roll. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Even though the restaurant was short-staffed, our food arrived on time, and the staff remained attentive. The bathrooms were also very clean, which I appreciate. The only drawback for me was that the lighting was a little dim.

Overall, Hanako serves the best sushi in the Indian Land area. When I’m craving sushi locally, this is my go-to spot!“
