The service here is great, both quick and friendly. The food is authentic and traditional. If you want Japanese food, this is where you get it. The food is reasonably priced, considering how good it tastes. This is my favorite place to get my Japanese comfort food fix. The ONLY Japanese restaurant in all of Charlotte. Let me say that again. This is the ONLY Japanese restaurant in Charlotte. End of story. I used to live in Japan and short of spending $1600 to get there this is it. When I need to feel like I want some of my Japanese comfort food this is where I go when I miss Japan more than anything. I really wish I could go here more often.

Really cute Japanese restaurant. Its quite small and often times has a long wait but the food is always really good. The udon noodles are my favorite in the charlotte area. I also recommend their bento boxes and the agedashi tofu
