It was my first time visiting this location. There was a lot of confusion at the hostess station in seating people in order. The wait list was written on a piece of paper. Our cook was not pleasant at all. There was no entertainment. He was throwing away leftover food instead of dividing it amongst the table. He did not properly place food on our plates. The food is always great! The waitress did forget to put in my cucumber roll and then said she didn't think that they made them. Once I told her what's in it, they were very accommodating in my request for this simple appetizer. There is a lot of loud music played when someone is celebrating a birthday, but that's part of the experience.
