Honestly, of you're going to charge extra for extra dipping sauce, at least make sure you put in the amount we're supposed to get, or supposed to.

This McDonald's location is known for its fast and friendly service, making it a reliable choice for a quick meal on the go. Customers have praised the working ice cream machine and efficient drive-through service, especially for those in a hurry. However, there have been some recent concerns about customer service at the drive-thru window. While some staff members like Patrick have been recognized for their outstanding service, others have not met expectations, leading to frustrations for customers.
Manager Ms. Rosie has been noted for her attentiveness and concern regarding service issues, which has helped improve the experience for some. Despite a few mix-ups with orders, such as incorrect items or quality issues with burgers, many customers still appreciate the overall cleanliness of the store and the quick service they receive. One regular mentioned enjoying their Mocha frappes and visiting the restaurant frequently, even though they encountered a problem with availability once. While there have been complaints about staff demeanor, the restaurant maintains a reputation for delivering accurate orders and a generally pleasant experience.
