Food food food give me more food. I had to roll my son out of this place!! Huge portions of slightly above average hibachi. The chef's performance was lacking. Didn't do any crazy tricks or anything like that, but I expect that when I go to a place like this. All we had a great time.

Hibachi food where they cook in front of you. The food was fresh and tasty. I would recommend this restaurant.

Hands down, the best restaurant for hibachi. My boyfriend and I just went here for the second time tonight, thinking nothing could top our previous experience, but we were wrong. Both chefs were great; they were both excellent cooks and very friendly. I would have to recommend "Oso" for the best hibachi experience; he will not fail to go above and beyond. You will not regret visiting here; the hibachi is the best around.

I taken my family to a lot of Hibachi steak houses, this was the first one not to offer chopped/minced garlic for dishes. Everything else was fantastic.

Although the ambiance at the hibachi restaurant was lively, the experience fell short. Despite the chefs' efforts, the performance lacked engagement, overshadowed by more captivating displays nearby. Additionally, the initial oversalting of the food left a disappointing impression. While addressing the issue with staff was met with sensitivity, it ultimately couldn't salvage the overall average dining experience. There's potential for improvement to elevate the quality of both the food and the hibachi showmanship based on our experience!(Mandatory 18% tip makes you wonder WTH)

Had the best service on our trip tonight. We were able to walk right in at 6:30pm and be sat with 4 in our group. Our server was Myrosyvana (not sure on spelling) and she was very attentive. Our Chef (Isa- not sure on the spelling) cooked everything perfectly and was entertaining. We'll be back!!

I was disappointed with the soup salad and meal... The soup was so bland and the salad dressing was like soup. The scallop and shrimp were cooked to perfection. This can only be a lunch spot. It is too expensive for dinner and lackluster food.

We've been many time and this last time we went with some friends at it was okay. This review will be overall. The ambiance is good, basic like a Japanese steakhouse. The service at the front is bad. The host staff ruin the experience at first - even when you are busy, the job of a host is to be the friendly front person. They are always rude and rushing you. If it's busy, expect there to be no sitting room to wait. The wait staff I've had each time seem to be OVERLY animated. They are always joking too much, almost as if it's full of failed comedians. It makes you roll your eyes as they're walking up. On top of that, they are not attentive. The chefs who cook in front of you are awesome! They are always the saving grace of this place. They are just the right amount of fun mixed with being an amazing cook! Now for the kicker... the main reason for the 2 star. Last time we were there, after the meal, after we paid, my wife picked up her glass and it combusted in her hand. Shattering everywhere, all over us and our friends. The waiter and another employee were standing there and did nothing. They even watched as it happened. They offered no help, even though my wife's hand was cut and we all had glass on us. Our takeout boxes were covered. When I mentioned it to him (halfway through cleaning it up OURSELVES) he just shrugged it off, as if it happens often. We will not return for that reason.

What a terrible experience. We had a reservation at 6:30. We waited for 25 minutes. I asked the host how much longer and he said 1 minute. After another 5 minutes we left, not once did the host apologize. We were treated rudely and no one seemed to care.

It was my first time visiting this location. There was a lot of confusion at the hostess station in seating people in order. The wait list was written on a piece of paper. Our cook was not pleasant at all. There was no entertainment. He was throwing away leftover food instead of dividing it amongst the table. He did not properly place food on our plates. Our table looked like we had a food fight. He was so sloppy that he dropped food in one of the customers' drinks. At one point, he left the table and did say anything to us at all. It was one ladies birthday and she got upset and went to see the manager. The food had a nice flavor and was done. The manager came whisperd something to the cook and had him cook us more rice, veggies, and noodles. The second round was not cooked as well. We may return if we are back in the area to give them another try. Never had a problem at the University location.

Not up to par with other hibachi experiences I've had. Our server was attentive and knew the menu. She was timely checking on us and kept drinks refilled. The chef was ok. Not as much of a performer as we've had in the past at other hibachi restaurants. Overall it felt almost like a "get 'em in, get 'em out" mentality- fast food hibachi :(The rice, noodles and veggies had little to no seasoning on them. This was the consensus among everyone in our group. The meats were cooked well but one shrimp still had part of the "vein" left in it- Ewww! Also the chef was cooking for 2 large parties which really slowed down cooking- some people were already done with the rice/noodles/etc before the meat started to be cooked. They did take reservations and were on time with that! We aren't from the area but travel through frequently, probably won't be back.

Sol P, has been one of the worst waitresses we have ever had. I swear it was the worst experience of my life, she was making fun of my family because it was their first time in this restaurant and they didn't know how to order, instead she took the time to explain to us not she make fun of them ! She practically throw away soda! She made my dad's birthday the worst!!! thanks for ruining our night Sol
