Prime Fish is the very best for sashimi that you will find anywhere in NC. The quality they use is just superior to all others. It literally melts in your mouth. The chefs are genius and pure artists.

Service from Chef Robin and the staff is outstanding, friendly, professional, and kind. While the setting is intimate, some guests felt hovered over by a server wiping plates after each piece. The sushi was precut, not freshly cut in front of guests. Despite this, the overall experience is unforgettable, with thoughtful service and inspired chefs. A 10/10 recommended experience.
