This was the 3rd time visiting this location. I wanted fries, but they're never hot when I get them. This time, I ordered the grilled nuggets and was very disappointed. The nuggets had some much charred pieces on them, I had to contact their customer service and complain. It looked like some I ne just kept grilling and not actually cleaning the grill off. Im soooo glad this location (Costwold) is back open. I went to Woodlawn location for my back up until renovations were done. I tried the new Wendover location and that was a HUGE MISTAKE as it is the worst one in Charlotte in my opinion.
